Tunnel

After a day of meetings on Thursday, I had another meeting on Friday afternoon (it's called retirement, folks), after which I decided a short walk along the canal was called for.

As it happens, I ended up walking along the Union, rather than the Forth & Clyde, Canal on the west side of Falkirk. The weather was sunny (for a change) and quite warm  I walked only about a mile and turned back when I reached the Falkirk Tunnel. The journey through the damp and the darkness can await another day.
