Near Miss

This is a main road I use on a regular basis - they have closed off 1 whole side of the road for water works - they have diverted traffic - was waiting at lights to continue along road when I became aware that a car was coming out of the road via the traffic lights coming the wrong way - they must have ignored all the signs and just kept driving - very lucky that my light hasn't changed as I would have been driving up this road
