Environmental Effects '1'

Inspired by a link on lynnfot, Environmental Photography, I decided to see if I could do a week of environmental effects.
The affect that we as humans have on the planet. And all I had to do is ask the universe and my first effect came through.
And also as part of the on my way to work series, here is an Elf. Which I had to zoom in on to find out.
It is a solar-powered bike-car hybrid, via internet research.
And with Portland being super bike friendly, the extra is a team that drove by earlier on my drive in.
I hope, with reservation to find the negative effects that we as humans can improve on.
