The Balloon Man

Today after church, then lunch with our kids, we drove to the nearby town of Charleston. They were having their Seafood Festival. This man "on stilts" was twisting balloons into shapes to the pleasure of the children. He was putting the finished "character" around a young boys neck. Many fun activities and lots of good food. Unfortunately we had eaten, so decided to buy a cooked crab and take it home to enjoy later. It was a very nice day.
