All about the golf

I escaped first thing for a bit of bellringing but then we headed to the Golf course. We were there ages as they decided to do the front 9 holes. Leo did well considering he has only played four holes before. He went off the par 3 tee (means he was much closer to the hole than the others) and came way with a 54 handicap which he was very happy with. His schoolmate is a pretty good golfer so came away with a 36 handicap off the par 4. Ian didn't have so much fun. He managed to lose 7 balls in the course of the 9 holes - just as well he bought a cheap batch off eBay!

Then we headed a lovely late carvery lunch at the Golf club - best bit for me!
