Yesterday ..

I am a day behind in posting this , as this was taken yesterday at The Crown and Anchor, Dell Quay. I had intended to watch the sun go down , but we arrived ahead of schedule , and couldn't wait over four hours ! Still a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine . They have a BBQ lunch at weekends - the burgers looked delicious , but we had already had lunch at Frascati's - I was very good and chose fillet of plaice with vegetables . Still not lost any weight , not even one pound after returning from holiday! so am seeing the doc on Wednesday to have a check up . Increasing water consumption to see if that kicks it in :-/ Feeling slightly despondent !
