Circuit training

Unfortunately I was left to the shopping on my own this morning. 

The Council had set up a play area on the beach and after watching our grandchildren have a great time at the Adventure Playground I was all set to give the Circuit Training a go.

However, they said I was too old to go on unaccompanied and as I did not have a responsible child to supervise me, I had to miss out.
