Holkham Hall

As F2 was a bit under the weather today with a temperature, we hung about this morning having a relax at the campsite and then headed for an amble around the grounds at Holkham Hall. The adventure playground was right up the Fers street, although F2 dipped out after 10 minutes and sat and ate pools with me instead.

Coffee, cake, walled gardens and a super fast golf buggy ride.

Nasty incident at the campsite this evening when a lady's gas canister exploded and left her with badly burnt arms and face. The Husband and one of our new friends ran straight over, called and ambulance and then helped to keep the water coming to try and stop the blisting. Poor woman was in shock, it was the first day of her hols and she had her friend's children with her who had to go in the ambulance with her. Hope she's OK.
