Madeira cake

Not sure Mary would approve of such a wobbly crack but it tastes fab!

Shopped for food, made Muesli, cake baked, chicken soup ready and I have gammon in the slow cooker. Two loads of washing and the pile of washing up conquered. That's what you call a women's day off!
