Happiness is........

.....a train trip with Mum, sister Eve, Gran, Auntie Fifi, cousin James and Grandpa.
This morning we all headed over to Bo'ness and took the morning train to Manuel Junction. The tiny 0-6-0 engine managed to haul our five coaches (three completely empty, thank goodness) up the bank to the junction with the main Edinburgh - Glasgow line. Euan and I got out to watch as the engine uncoupled, ran around the coaches on the loop line and re-coupled ready for the rather easier downhill return journey. Later, back home, and James cuddled in for a snooze for at least an hour. Magic!
