Just another busy Monday

Up at 6.20 for work, with Jon getting up at the same time, which was a first in our new home. The only difference being his work was 80 miles away. I left at 7.15 and he walked the dogs before getting Mollie up and them both going back to Cambridge. Mollie has been learning to drive for the past few months and has to continue with her lessons down there until she passes her test. Hopefully not much longer! Jon still has a few hours work with The Magog Trust as their Ranger on the Magog Downs. So he will continue to travel for the foreseeable future.

It was good to get back to work and settle back into a routine. The day passed relatively quickly, even with the post & scanning to do. My least favourite jobs, but I don't have to do them every day....yet!

I left the office at 4.15 to head down to a rendezvous with Jon at Thetford forest, to collect Mollie. Jon won't be coming home until Wednesday - in between he will stay at his mums.

We got home at 8.15 via Swaffham & Swaffham McDonalds. I guess that means my diet starts again tomorrow? I will try harder, but the bathroom scales have not surfaced yet, so I can't properly diet until I know how truly huge I am.

The evening flew as I spent an hour on the phone to the lovely Karen who will be taking in Mollie for the year while she finishes her A levels. We made tentative arrangements to meet and deposit some of Mollie's 'stuff' over the bank holiday weekend.
