Weirdest art installation EVER

When my husband picked me up he said" you have to see this" .
This is an art installation on the waterfront on a pier. I think it's called pack of dogs. These are made of PVC pipes and fake fur. They are creepy. Not as creepy as what was happening on the next pier. They were dragging a body out of the harbor. God rest his soul. Welcome to Maine. It's that kind of day.
