Happy Jubilee

School had a big party today to celebrate the Queen's 60th Jubilee and everyone entered into the spirit with homemade crowns, union jack face painting, and appropriate coloured attire! The big girl won a prize for her crown and Master I was delighted with his new Thomas T-shirt. They had a big 'street party' instead of the usual school dinnertime, and had a lot of fun indeed. I think we have a lot to be grateful to the Queen for after all these years of pretty tireless service - I hope by 86 I will have retired from my day job.
