Tempelhof Park

The former airport Tempelhof which played an essential part in the Berlin Airlift of 1948, with Allied planes flying vital foodstuffs into the divided city is now a recreational space - with kite flying taking place on the former runways and picnics in the open field. And of course it is the perfect space for toy planes ....
