Nairn Bandstand

With the focus of the holiday being Orienteering there is little extra time for sightseeing. Thank goodness Nairn has come up trumps with their bandstand.

We hunted around for a place to have a celebratory meal with Stephen. Fortunately we managed to book a table at Cawdor Tavern. The meal was wonderful from start to finish. Stephen managed to finish his meal with an 18 year old MacAllan whiskey. He then spent the rest of the week looking for an excuse to return.

Apologies to Cawdor Chronicle..... I would have loved to arrange to meet but with no wi fi I had no means of getting in touch. Maybe next time?
