Seagull chick

I was in town today and I spotted this seagull chick.  You would not believe the column inches - yards even - that are devoted to the topic of the "seagull problem" in the local paper every year.  The adult birds are trying to protect their chicks, people throw food to the birds or leave food lying about, and then it all becomes a bit of a nightmare trying to dodge dive bombing adult seagulls.
