Recycle...

I live in a flat.

I am surrounded by other flats.

We all have shared gardens.

No real scope for compost.

So the Council gave us these food recycling bins.

I emailed them a week ago because the bin was overflowing and there's rubbish all over the pavement and the road.

I sent them this photo this morning.

Zero response.

Tomorrow I'm putting on my Victor Meldrew pants and giving someone what for.

I'm not sure where to begin but the smell is vile, the seagulls are going nuts and I dare say the foxes are having a field day. Wonder when the rats will appear?
