Ready steady cook

We are staying with our friends in Canterbury with whom we 'play' Ready Steady Cook. Our main dish tonight ended up being a sweet potato bake layered with an asparagus and marscapone sauce pictured here. The dessert used fresh coconut and quark with citrus zest over a fruity flapjack base. Both were remarkably edible!
Masterchef here we come!
