Honfleur, what an excellent place. Stuff to look at and what a contrast to Noirmoutier.

We had a wander around the town, amazing old buildings, then found a Calvados shop ( Calvados is made locally) and had a tasting. Always interesting to learn more about something ;)

One of the things to see here is the Cathedral which is massive wooden structure with an equally massive and wooden separate bell tower. The blip is the confessional booth which Alf was very interested in.

Then dinner and crepes. Then more Calvados tasting, you'll be pleased to hear I bought a bottle although resisted one from 1968 as it was several hundreds euros!
