Mother Orangutan with her baby

Yesterday we spent six hot, muggy hours walking around the Cleveland zoo. The surprise of seeing this little family was worth every minute and all the walking we did. The daddy was sitting right beside them, but most of the interaction seemed to be between mother and child. This picture and more of the little family plus other animals we saw at the zoo will be included in part two of my blog posts on "short tours of Cleveland." I'll let you know when I have all the pictures processed and ready to post. The extra photo is another resident of the zoo's  "Rainforest" community.
