Office Bake Off

Tonight Mum and I have been baking for my office bake off tomorrow! It's the third week and I've definitely cheated with Mum's help but it's been a very hectic day. We have already had flapjacks and raspberry cheesecake cupcakes! So here is a red velvet Swiss roll. The red didn't come out so I put it in the icing instead :)
