Edinburgh?

The park in St Andrew's Square is lovely when it's just a park, with a monument, an infinity pool and a trendy coffee shop. At Christmas they cover it all up and make it an ice-skating loop.

I am not sure if they have done this before, but for the festival/fringe they have several bars around the pond and it looks stunning, in fact I hardly recognise it!
