Reyecist Graffiti

On meye way home, from a fun evening spent playing cards with friends, the wife and eye came upon this graffiti that looks like a member of Klu Klux Klan. He seemst to have a document in one hand, but eye can't make out what's in his other hand. It looks a bit like a joint. Perhaps he's just preparing to read some poetry and have a reefer?
Anyway it's sad to see graffiti leyeke this here.
