A little shy......

Always a delight to see the hellebores in the winter garden, hanging their heads low, pretty and delicate, bringing a smile to all who pass by.

This little one was from mum's front garden gently nodding in the bitter winter breeze.

It was grocery day for mum and I today, a chat over lunch, a drive to the beach and then some fun in her garden with a few macro shots, this one was taken with my phone, tomorrow we'll be visiting R in hospital.

Plenty of snow on the surrounding mountains making the air cold and fresh, although the sun was shining the temperature only reached 9C.
