Number 40

Yesterday afternoon's monumental sneeze was indeed the start of something. 

Today I went to work, shunted things around my screens ok in the morning, tottered off for a short lunch time walk with my camera, and asked Bob to take me home gently a couple of hours earlier than usual.

This did of course involve a little effort on my part but with we did just fine. After a couple of panadol, I'll be in bed by 7.30pm.

I'll take tomorrow as it comes.
