Went out for a ride last night and got stung again. This time on my upper lip. Not a lot of point in a helmet net if the little buggers are going to attack my face. Maybe a bee keepers hat is the answer?

Great British Bake Off tonight. Going round to Rachel's to watch it as she is baking a cake. I've asked for rock cakes. I don't think she was very impressed. I suspect she may find a way to jazz them up, but if I've learned one thing from watching way too many cookery programs, it's KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) and don't mess with what works.
