Cosy Cat

Yet another heavy frost this morning and it seems there will be another tomorrow morning. At least I got a bit of a sleep-in as I took a couple of days break from the gym. Ken, our garden helper and I did a lot more gardening this afternoon. Yesterday we tackled the pruning of some enormous hydrangeas. We thought we had done quite well but today a friend visited with a selection of gardening tools and pruned even more from the biggest hydrangeas.
The evening is now cold and Amelia, the Birman, has curled up in her little bed in front of the wood-burner stove. It's a cat's life!
