A Gulet

...or traditional Turkish boat. We were lucky to find a local family who organise trips out to local bays and beaches on their boat. Very hospitable people and excellent cooks; I have never eaten so well in the Mediterranean, and on a wooden boat in a quiet bay too. Followed by a quiet snooze and a splash in azure water; life could be worse. We saw a lot of turtles too.
