The Girls are back in Town

The girls are home! My poor parents were tired out but I know that the four of them had a ball.

J retreated to her comfort zone as soon as she got in, playing on the iPad and catching up on her Sims. She had a great time but was happy to be back with her own things.

When Eve gets back from anywhere she likes to have a good look round the house, see what's new..if anything has been changed. She spotted all the clay creations I made during the long nights while they were on holiday!

"Mum..I want TO CLAY" and by God .. clay she did. She made a plate, a teabag holder and some little clay whatnots. While she got her craft on she didn't stop talking about her holiday all evening. She didn't pause for breath. It was ACE.

Lily went shopping today and bought me presents back! It's not my birthday or Christmas or Mothers Day...she just saw some things she knew I would LOVE and got them. No one has ever done that for me ever. EVER.

Having a grown up (my baby) daughter ROCKS... although for dating purposes I now refer to her as 'my really cool young housemate' and not my final year Uni student daughter ;-)

It is SO good to have all my girls here together again. It was nice to cuddle up for a bedtime story tonight.
