CAGE MATCH!!!!... BOUNCING BABIES????

With most places in Canada, my country...going UBERUBER safety paranoid in playgrounds (INSURANCE, LIABILITY)...getting rid of the rides that could maim or kill (MONEY,MONEY) eg: the round-de-round, tee-ter-tot-er...and others... that children have survived on in the past.
Here we have a DOUBLE CAGED...ROOFED...TRAMPOLINE,
for the children at a day school... UNBELIEVABLE you say? Yep...true...not only caged...rope netting on the inside...steel re-bar on the outside...with a STEEL DOOR in the shape of a CUDDLY BEAR...how inviting and SAFE, BUT, IT HAS A ROOF!!...A ROOF!!!...WITH PAINTED BUNNIES AND COLORED EGGS...ITS A BOUNCY TRAMPOLINE...YOU BOUNCE...UP...
It could explain a lot???...
