Way of the Roses

L and B setting off tea time to cycle the way of the roses (Morecambe to York I think), so tonight it's train to Morecambe.

In other news I've got out of my PJs for the first time in a week having been struck down suddenly it seemed with pneumonia and pleurisy. No running I think for a month or so. NHS have been wonderful, very efficient, very caring, very professional, very timely, very clean. Friends and family test - you bet - and it's not just the codeine talking.
