Sophie And A Swing

Sophie enjoyed her first experience of the swings at the local park this afternoon, before calling in for a chat with her Great Grandad (see today's extra photo) and a few of his friends at the residential home.

For my part, I discovered that acting as counterweight for Kate & Sophie on the seesaw doesn't do my back much good!
