Birmingham Back to Backs

The last standing court yard back to backs in Birmingham, now owned by the National Trust. 

The last residential tenant left in 1966 and the last commercial trader moved out in 2002. Restoration began by Birmingham Conservation Trust and handed over to the National Trust in 2004. 

The photos are taken from the three different properties each restored at different points of their history.
