Back on the Bike

A morning of Pilates followed by a bike ride. After three weeks I may pay the price tomorrow!

I stopped off at this newly renovated barn as I liked the mix of the wild flowers and the crop beyond. The swallows on the roof were not too happy with being blipped. They made their feelings felt by swirling overhead before landing back on the roof.
