Coulislicious!

Another fun, busy day which I can't describe in detail as Jenny is likely to be looking in!  This afternoon Tony and I harvested the remaining gooseberries and the vast majority of the blackcurrants.  I froze most of the blackcurrants for later in the year use but followed Delia's recipe for coulis to produce this yummy liqueur which some ice cream somewhere will be crying out for.......but I'm not saying which or where!

We have just returned from a smashing evening out with 'the kids' at Prashad Restaurant near Tong.  It's an Indian, vegetarian restaurant with superb reviews which has won several awards and we can understand why, fabulous food and service!
