Leftovers

Well I had an amazing week away with a year 9 camp in the most beautiful Nelson lakes. The bird life was outstanding at this lake of unfathomed depth surrounded by majestic mountains all crowned with snow.

But it is also great to be back and have access to blip...

Today I didn't feel like going far so I just took my camera out into the garden. As it is winter all the beautiful rose have lost all their petals, however I was intrigued by their leftovers. So much texture and colour... in just the leftovers.
