Rainbow Chard
An emergency Blip for me. Rainbow Swiss chard. It's so eye-catching with its brightly coloured veins that I used to grow it as an ornamental when I was in business.
It is a member of the beetroot family and is a superfood even though it contains oxalic acid, which is a poison. MrQ used to use that to get rid of discolouration on the wooden decks of his dinghies before varnishing.
