TV in the Trees

I do  not understand the series of reflections that created this scene.  The TV is 40 feet from the rear sliding glass door.  It is located in a room that is to the far right of any windows looking to the back yard.  Pictures on the wall with glass must create a series of reflections to allow this to happen.  A later scene was a large lion which looked rather strange in the bushes in my backyard.
