Catch a Falling Star
It was a perfect night for meteor watching - clear, moonless sky, so we drove up onto the moors away from too much light pollution. The drive there was great, as we saw a pair of Barn Owls hunting and quite a few
Hares running along the road.
The meteor shower itself was a little disappointing - I set up my camera and had it on continuous mode for 20 second exposures, and this was the only one I manages to catch - not that there were very many. I've seen more in previous year. Perhaps I should have called it Dark Matter
