Vole Hunting

Dexter loves to be taken outside for vole hunting.  Yesterday, he caught 5 or 6 in a quick 25 minute outing.  Like most well-fed house cats, he merely plays with them once he's got them out of their hiding places in the ferns and fireweed - a few tosses in the air and pouncing to recapture until I catch up to release the poor wee beastie.
