Index card art for august 12

I am following my own advice and jump starting my art by jumping in everyday and creating something, no matter how small. Yesterday I did an index card with paint & rubber stamps. Today another index card, the one you see above. I simply gathered things and started, by jumping in without too much thinking... I believe this is a good way to go! I learned a lot of this way of  thinking by participating in a 2 month Index card challenge through the daisy yellow art site. It was fantastically run by Tammy Garcia and cemented my feelings that it matters more that you practice your chosen art, rather than what it looks like. That will come with practice, don't you agree? :0)
