Reunited!

We're together for the first time since Dd broke her foot and had her heavy plaster cast put on. It's clearly not been easy to manage on her own and thank goodness for the emotional and practical support of our friends here. The house has changed its landscape with a whole layout of strategically placed chairs to help Dd navigate from Aa to Bb to Cc as needs. Now I'm back we've decided to rent a wheel chair so we can go around the block for a change of scene without any crutch effort on Dd's part which is very tiring for anything more than a short essential manoeuvre given she still can't put any weight in her foot. It will also be useful tomorrow as she has to physically present herself in two offices to get 'la baja' as part of the convoluted sickness benefit process.

Lovely to be back and to be able to make a few small daily challenges easier.
