Wet weather training

Tonight's training, was a very wet one.
3 miles of Hills at Hainault Forest in the pouring rain - As you can see, us 3 fellas didn't need worry about wet hair!
We'd normally get twice this number on a Thursday night at least, but what with holidays and the pouring rain it was just us 6 including the photographer who braved it tonight.
I'm the guy next to the guy in Blue.

Although I always moan when I get in from work, and am virtually straight back out the door training 4 nights a week, I do actually enjoy it (well I enjoy the benefits of keeping fit!) and I enjoy the friendships I have made in my club - Ilford Athletics Club.
