" OH NO NOT ME "

Don't know why Phoebes is looking so forlorn - either she was about to jump on Jazz, or she knows something we don't!  Or it could be the fact we haven't managed a walk out today as it has rained cats & dogs all day.  Don't know where that expression comes from but it certainly explains the day.

Our friends left late this morning after a good breakfast, leaving us just time to dash off to complete the week's shopping before Matthew arrived.  He will be with us now until next Tuesday and we are already planning the next few days.  We hope the rain will have stopped tomorrow, enabling us to go down to Falmouth (book shop, of course).

Thank you for the kind comments on my Lilac coloured flower.  I now have a date with Phoebes in the garden, spoiling the fun of the slug/snail population who are rejoicing in the damp conditions.
