We were supposed to be going swimming at a local school today but the bad weather meant it was cancelled. So my friend and I took the kids to the park and it absolutely chucked it down. My lovely friend offered to take the girls back to hers so I could have a couple of hours sorting the house and getting the last lots of washing and drying done before we pack tomorrow.

I was asked to go out tonight but couldn't get a babysitter, so instead they came to mine for a takeaway. So lots of laughs and food and drink were consumed. It's always good to be flexible!
