Miracile of Metamorphosis

This is a caterpillar of the Black Swallowtail Butterfly.  They feed on dill and parsley. I always plant plenty in my garden for them and you may notice this plant was very large yesterday and almost only stems today. It had 3 caterpillars munching on it today. I love having them in my garden and have had well over 50 at time. Well done Mother Nature!
