Late nights....

A dry day yesterday and today. Also a shortage of staff (again ! )By tonight,had managed to get 60 acres of winter barley cut and into the shed,100 silage bales wrapped, 30 acres of hay and 16 acres of straw baled.
As I stopped at the chip shop with the last trailer of grain at 10.30 tonight,there were some big spots of rain just starting to hit the windscreen. Only 46 acres of straw not baled,but you can't win them all !
