I've been to see Dad today and laid some flowers with Mam.

My biggest sadness is that she is not physically here to see me happier with life than I have been for a long time, but I know she is smiling in Heaven.

I also got a look at my brothers hens, ate strawberries from his plants and picked peas from his garden too.

Oh, and I also drank water from a tap for the first time in a week
