Birthday boy - (and birthday-about-now girl)

Merlin is 7 today - here he is this morning, freshly combed and sitting in the wet garden.
Sophie (extra photo) is 12. She flatly refused to go out in the wet, doesn't like her photo being taken anyway, so looks a bit fed up. We don't know when her actual birthday is as she came from the rescue. When I got her on 7th June 2004 they said she was 9 - 10 months old which puts her birthday about August 2003, so when Merlin arrived I decided she could share his birthday.
All four will probably each have an egg for tea for a treat - that's as close as they get to a birthday cake!
