Something for the young

This is the other side of my first school and they have built this ugly house on the playground because they needed classrooms for the pupils.

The good thing is the towns try to have children in some activities during the summer like we saw on the blip from the day before yesterday and this is what the still younger can do - build their own small house on the school playgrounds. They get to keep them and bring them home if the parents allow, but the rest goes to something else.
Maybe this is the reason most Icelanders own their own houses and renting is very low?
